All WELL Fabric products are tested according to the standards set by the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Textile Research (VTRSI).
- Colorfastness typically achieves a rating of 4-5 out of 5.
- Shrinkage is limited to no more than 5% (for knitted fabrics).
- For knitted products: a minimum of 1000 kg per order and at least 300 kg per color.
- For woven products: a minimum of 5000 meters per order and at least 1500 meters per color.
- For knitted products: 25 days from the date of lab dip approval. Lab dips are available 7 days after the order is placed.
- For woven products: 45 days from the date of lab dip approval. Lab dips are available 10 days after the order is placed.
Our fabric ordering process consists of the following steps:
- Receive the request.
- Provide a price quote.
- Test lab dip.
- Sample approval.
- Production.
- Send samples for approval.
- Payment.
- Delivery.
- Provide accompanying
- Certificates.
Customers are required to make a 30% deposit and settle the remaining 70% prior to delivery.

At present, we are certified with GOTS and GRS certifications for fibers, fabrics, and finished textile products.
The standard issuance rate for Bamboo Biocell fiber tags is 8 tags per kilogram of fiber. The typical issuance for 1 kilogram of fabric is 5 tags. However, the quantity may vary depending on the specific fabric type you order. Therefore, we suggest sending the finished fabric to Bao Lan for inspection and to print the tags according to the suitable issuance.

One of our most valuable services is the provision of custom sample development upon customer request, or collaborating with customers in research and development of exclusive samples. The sample development fee is 10,000,000 VND per sample. Please refer to the sample order form here.
Providing the Certificate of Origin (C/O) to assist customers with export declaration is one of the essential services at WELL Fabric. We currently have customers who have requested C/O for export to France, Germany, South Korea, the USA, and more.
We are ready to assist any clients who wish to connect with suitable sewing factories to meet their specific needs.
Our Service
Payment Terms
We accept cash and bank transfers.
For ready-made fabric, we ask for 100% payment before shipment. For custom fabric, we ask for a 40% deposit and then a 60% payment before shipment.
Production Time
Production time depends on the availability of yarn but generally, we can produce fabric within 3-4 weeks after lab dips are approved. We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that produces small and large quantities of eco fabrics in a matter of weeks. We can deliver to local sewing factories or deliver to the port of your choice where we hand over the fabric to your freight forwarder.
Sampling
We will provide swatch samples for you. Either we have samples already available or we will get them from our partners. We ask that you pay for shipping if it needs to ship overseas. Our sample swatches are in A4 size with headers for you to feel the fabric in your hand and hang neatly on hangers. We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that aims to provide excellent customer service.
Lab Dips
A lab dip is a sample of the fabric you want to produce that has been dyed your exact Pantone color. Before bulk production, the textile mill must make lab dips for you to approve. The lab dips come from the dyeing department. The main purpose of the lab dips is to make sure the color is correct. A Pantone color reference or sometimes a swatch cut from another fabric is given to the dyeing department to match. We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that manages the process of getting lab dips done and approved by you.
Fabric Development Service
We are an environmentally friendly fabric supplier in Vietnam that offers a fabric development service and has available stock on hand to sell in small quantities. You can send us a sample or send us technical descriptions of the eco fabric that you want and our fabric development team will make a counter sample for you. We charge a fixed fee of 250 USD to develop an eco fabric plus the cost of the fabric. We ask that you pay for all shipping costs. The fabric developing fee is non-refundable. We recommend that you choose from our ready-made stock fabric for your sample collection. Our common Eco fabrics are in black and white color.
